Who We Are

We are a “People Management Assistance Center” providing robust, practical and integrated solutions to people-management concerns of corporate clients under the competent name of Kaizen Assist!.

By the turn of the century, a group of young professionals envisioned a business environment where labor problems are prevented through “pro-active” practices.

To make true this vision, we offered our services through “Kaizen Resources Manpower Development, Co.”. KRMD is a development company that contributes to the labor industry by heralding qualified people to companies in need of quality services.

The Challenge

Over the years, KRMD became an ally to their clients – a consulting business partner that helps corporations attain “industrial peace” within their organizations and maintain standard labor compliance.

The growing list of clients, not only in Metro Manila and the CALABAR Zone, but also in the Visayas and Mindanao, opened a window of opportunity to expand Kaizen’s operations and provide a better and more reliable HR services.

Our Answer to the Challenge

We conceptualized the idea of revolutionizing the traditional standard of HR consulting services, and provide an on-tap, as-needed “comprehensive HR consultancy”.

Promoting a modified concept of consulting that takes on corporate membership – which focuses on the specific needs of corporate members.

In response to the growing demands for on-time quality HRD services, KAIZEN Assist! was established to ensure that quality services reach corporate partners just-in-time!

Our Team

The Kaizen team is composed of HRD practitioners, OD expert, seasoned trainers, customer service specialist and master programmer.

The team is motivated to accomplish goals and surpass expectations by providing superior customer satisfaction. Using well-honed perception, Kaizen Assist! will play an active part in its role as a guardian, identifying vital interventions for its corporate members.

Our Team Leader

Leading the team in identifying vital interventions is Ms. JOAN P. AYTONA, an HR Professional with extensive exposure on all facets of HRD Management and Organizational development; qualification highlights are:

• Accredited HR Consultant of several International Organizations, e.g. Phil.-Australia Human Resources Development Facility (a facility under AusAid), Phil.-Canada Cooperation Office (the Program Support Unit of CIDA in the Philippines)
• Accredited facilitator of Ropes Challenge Courses
• Expertise in the design and development of customized training programs
• Proficiency in crisis management
• Adept in the development and customization of Company HRD and Operational Manuals
• Proficiency in Job Analysis, Job Leveling, formulation of Job Description and Salary Structures
• Proficiency in the Philippine Labor Laws and and adept in handling labor complaints and cases, maintaining a clean winning record since 1998
