To ensure that continuous improvement is achieved, KAIZEN Assist! will commit to undertake the Three A’s of Customization Process in every project we handle.

Customization Process

Analysis Phase – we will conduct a comprehensive research and needs analysis procedure before the development of necessary intervention program. Kaizen consultant/s will design a customized intervention program geared towards the achievement of corporate goals. Meetings and consultation with the management will be done to ensure that the program is aligned with the mission, vision and operational direction of the company.

Action Phase – implementation of any and all intervention programs we developed will be under our competent supervision. For training programs, trainings will be facilitated by our seasoned trainer/s who are skilled in understanding and accomplishing desired results.

Affirmation Phase – final meeting with the management for the presentation of summary evaluation. We will provide you with feedback on our observations, implementation highlights and professional recommendations.
